“Another Godzilla movie before Godzilla vs. Kong”
As reported by Deadline, Sally Hawkins (Godzilla, Blue Jasmine, Paddington) is set to reprise her role as scientist Dr. Vivienne Graham from 2014’s Godzilla, in the upcoming blockbuster Godzilla: King Of The Monsters. Charles Dance (Game of Thrones, Underworld: Blood Wars, Dracula Untold) is also joining the cast, and his character has yet to be revealed.

Sally Hawkins and Charles Dance will join the cast already confirmed for the sequel. Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things), Vera Farmiga (The Conjuring, Up in the Air), Kyle Chandler (Manchester by the Sea, Zero Dark Thirty), Ken Watanabe (The Last Samurai, Inception), O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Straight Outta Campton).
The sequel is from director Michael Dougherty based on a screenplay he co-wrote with Max Borenstein (Kong: Skull Island, Godzilla). The production is set to begin next month and aiming to be released March 22, 2019.
The first movie, Godzilla was released in 2014 and directed by Gareth Edwards (Rogue One; A Star Wars Story, Monsters). The film managed to reach $529 Million at the box office, including $200 Million domestically, with a $160 Million budget.
