Two new acting projects for Angelina Jolie.
After two years of absence from theaters, since ‘By the Sea’ alongside Brad Pitt and Mélanie Laurent in 2015, Angelina Jolie is back to focus on her acting career. Angelina will star in two new Universal Pictures projects: an adaptation of “Catherine the Great and Potemkin: The Imperial Love Affair” by ‘Simon Sebag Montefiore’, and a World War II spy drama based on Clare Mulley’s book “The Spy Who Loved: The Secrets and Lives of Christine Granville.”.

The sequel for ‘Maleficent’ is still in works, and Angelina Jolie is considering reprising her role. She also directed a Netflix movie premiering this year ‘First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia Remembers’.
